💲 Pay: $21.50 – $22.00 per hour

🗓 Schedule: Monday – Friday, 11am to 8pm

📍 Location: Cary, NC

🔍 What You’ll Do

As a vital part of the intake and referral workflow, you will:

• Review incoming referrals to ensure all required information is complete and accurate

• Create patient profiles from scanned or faxed documents by entering precise patient and provider data

• Perform initial prescription checks to support clinical accuracy

• Communicate with providers regarding referral status, prescription clarifications, missing details, or patient concerns

• Document concise progress notes so downstream teams can quickly assess referral status

• Enter and maintain new provider information (including NPIs) to support reporting and analytics

• Support additional tasks as assigned to keep operations running smoothly

What You Bring

• High School Diploma (required)

• Current CPhT certification (active and unrestricted)

• Prior experience working in a pharmacy setting (required)

• 2+ years of healthcare or pharmacy experience (preferred)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Excellent organization, time‑management, and multitasking abilities

• Comfort with basic computer systems and data entry

• A detail‑oriented, conscientious approach with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities

Pay Details: $22.00 to $20.00 per hour
