Position Overview:

As the Operations Manager, you'll oversee production operations, making key decisions to meet our deliverables on time and within budget. Reporting directly to the President/CEO, you'll lead our manufacturing team and drive process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead with Integrity: Embody our CORE VALUES in all aspects of your role.
• Optimize Production: Supervise Managers and Supervisors to ensure timely and cost-effective production.
• Improve Processes: Enhance communication and efficiency within and between departments.
• Monitor Performance: Review activity and productivity reports to identify improvements and reduce costs.
• Manage Resources: Oversee material movement and operational efficiency.
• Ensure Quality: Maintain product quality standards and utilize cost-effective technology.
• Develop Talent: Assist with hiring, training, and appraising staff.
• Stay Innovative: Keep up with industry trends to drive innovation and compliance.
• Maintain Confidentiality: Safeguard sensitive information and handle reports with discretion.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Experience in business management and organizational structure.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information and make quick decisions.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and proof of insurance.

Physical/Mental Demands:

• Ability to manage stress, balance tasks, and make rapid decisions.
• Requires sitting, standing, walking, and distinguishing between colors.
• Flexibility to work long hours and weekends as needed.

Working Conditions:

• Warehouse setting without heat or cooling.
• Willingness to work beyond standard hours to meet job demands.

Pay Details: $50.00 to $57.00 per hour
