Adecco is seeking a compassionate, professional Bilingual Office Coordinator / Client Services Representative (Spanish/English) to support clients in a solo office environment. This role is ideal for someone who excels in customer service, enjoys helping others, and can work independently while providing excellent in‑person support.
Many of the clients served are elderly and unfamiliar with technology, so patience, empathy, and strong communication skills are essential.
What You’ll Do
In this role, you’ll be the primary point of contact for clients visiting the office and will help ensure smooth daily operations.
Key responsibilities include:
Open and prepare the office each day
Greet clients and walk‑ins in a professional, welcoming manner
Assist clients with basic computer setup for virtual attorney meetings
Schedule appointments and manage calendars
Collect, scan, and send documents accurately and securely
Deposit checks as needed
Maintain organized records and support overall office operations
Ability to work independently with remote support
What You’ll Need
Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English (required)
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
Comfort working independently in a solo office environment
Experience with Google Workspace (G‑Suite) and Microsoft Word & Excel
Basic computer and document‑handling skills
Professional demeanor and appearance
Schedule
Schedule: Tuesday – Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Pay Details: $22.00 per hour
