Job Type: Full-Time | 6-Month Contract-to-Hire
Pay Rate: $26.00 per hour
Schedule: Tues-Sat; 9am-6pm
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly dependable and compassionate Bilingual Administrative Assistant to manage daily operations in a client-facing office environment. This role requires working independently in a solo office while delivering exceptional service and support to clients.
This position is best suited for someone who demonstrates a high level of patience, empathy, and professionalism, and who is comfortable providing hands-on assistance to clients of all ages, including individuals who may need additional guidance with basic technology.
Key Responsibilities
Open and prepare the office daily to ensure readiness for scheduled appointments
Greet and assist clients and walk-ins in a welcoming and professional manner
Provide hands-on support with basic computer setup for virtual meetings
Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments efficiently
Collect, scan, organize, and securely transmit documentation
Process and deposit checks in accordance with established procedures
Maintain accurate records and ensure confidentiality of client information
Coordinate with remote support teams for assistance when needed
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment
Required Qualifications
Bilingual in Spanish and English (required)
Significant experience in administrative support and/or customer service roles
Demonstrated ability to provide patient, empathetic, and high-touch customer support
Comfortable providing direct, hands-on assistance to clients of all ages and varying levels of technical familiarity
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Google Workspace (G-Suite) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
Professional presentation required (business attire aligned with client-facing standards)
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in legal, healthcare, or professional services environments
Background supporting diverse client populations in service-oriented roles
Experience handling sensitive or confidential information
Work Environment
Solo office setting with remote support available
High level of client interaction throughout the day
Structured, professional environment with clear expectations
Additional Details
6-month contract with potential for full-time conversion
30-minute unpaid lunch break
Two paid 10-minute breaks per shift
Background check required
No drug screening required

Pay Details: $25.00 to $26.20 per hour
