Location: Lewes, DE - 19958
Employment Type: Direct-Hire, Permanent 
Setting: Hospital - Nuclear Medicine Department
Pay: $33.12-$51.34/hr (begins at $68,889.60+/yr)
Shift: Day, 5x8s or 4x10s, alternating Saturdays

Qualifications:
- ARRT-N or CNMT Nuclear Medicine Technology
- Associate's Degree
- Graduate of Nuclear Medicine Technology program or equivalent
- DE license to practice Radiologic Technology
- BLS

Key Duties:
- Assist in diagnostic procedures under the supervision of a registered Nuclear Medicine Technologist, following professional and departmental standards.
- Review consultation requests, confirm patient identification, and explain examination procedures to patients and their families.
- Prepare, calibrate, and administer radiopharmaceuticals, ensuring accurate documentation and adherence to established protocols.
- Conduct daily quality assurance tests on equipment, perform safety inspections, and provide radiation protection to patients and staff.
- Manage supply inventory, monitor shortages, and coordinate with other departments for scheduling additional exams as needed.
