Adecco Staffing is assisting a well-known Medical Device Manufacturing facility in Chelmsford MA with their needs for Material Handlers on 2nd shift!
Hours: 1pm-9PM, Monday-Friday
Pay: $24+
POSITION SUMMARY:
Performs all activities required to maintain the storeroom and to disburse stores. Assures that items are correct, handled carefully; and inventories precisely. Maintains inventory records and proper paperwork for accountability of stores.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Maintains and organizes the stockroom and the surrounding areas.
• Performs kitting of job orders, sales orders and move tickets by following the established procedure.
• Performs daily transactions in the computer system with high accuracy.
• Performs and reconciles daily cycle counts.
• Performs some heavy lifting. (50+ lbs)
• Operates a hand jack and fork truck.
• Assists the Shipping Department as required.
• Assists in year-end physical inventory.
• Assists in other material handling tasks as directed by supervisor or department manager.
REQUIREMENTS:
• 1-3 years of related experience
• High School Diploma or Equivalency
• Be able to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted
• Be able to work on your feet for 8+ hours

Pay Details: $24.00 to $25.00 per hour
