Adecco Permanent Recruitment has partnered with a large manufacturing client to recruit and hire a Manufacturing Manager in the Nashville, TN metro area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage production while ensuring productivity, quality, and efficiency.
  • Manage production schedules, rates, capacity planning, and resource allocation.
  • Oversee materials, equipment, and labor to meet safety, quality, and cost targets.
  • Enforce safety protocols and maintain a safety-conscious work environment.
  • Supervise and guide first-line supervisors; review and analyze their reports.
  • Communicate corrective actions, resolutions, and quality results effectively.
  • Conduct annual performance reviews and mentor team members to foster growth.
  • Contribute to budget planning, resource allocation, and workforce forecasting.
  • Report production, quality, or personnel issues to the Director of Operations.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • 8+ years in manufacturing management/supervision.
  • Experience with lean production principles and metrics.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to interpret and act on reports and metrics effectively.

Pay Details: $80,000.00 to $100,000.00 per year
