Machine Operator

Adecco is seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join a dynamic manufacturing team for one of our valued clients! In this role, you will operate a variety of machines to produce high-quality precision parts. The ideal candidate brings a foundational knowledge of CNC machining, a strong attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and quality standards.

Job Type: Direct Hire

Shift: M-F 7am-330pm

Location: Honeoye Falls

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect tooling prior to and during production runs

• Operate machinery to produce precision components

• Deburr and clean finished parts

• Measure parts to ensure they meet required specifications

• Complete in-process inspection documentation

• Accurately enter job time and production quantities into E-2 Shop System software

• Meet or exceed daily production targets and quotas

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong manual dexterity

• Basic math proficiency

• Foundational understanding of machining and fixtures

• Basic knowledge of CNC vertical mills

• Familiarity with precision measurement tools and techniques

Education & Experience:

• High School diploma or equivalent required

• At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or production environment

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with CNC vertical mills

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, stoop, reach, and sit for extended periods

• Capability to perform repetitive motions throughout the workday

• Manual operation of machinery requiring hand coordination

• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs as needed

Pay Details: $18.00 to $22.00 per hour
