Machine Operator

Adecco is seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join a dynamic manufacturing team for one of our valued clients! In this role, you will operate a variety of machines to produce high-quality precision parts. The ideal candidate brings a foundational knowledge of CNC machining, a strong attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and quality standards.
Job Type: Direct Hire
Shift: M-F 7am-330pm
Location: Honeoye Falls
Key Responsibilities:
Inspect tooling prior to and during production runs
Operate machinery to produce precision components
Deburr and clean finished parts
Measure parts to ensure they meet required specifications
Complete in-process inspection documentation
Accurately enter job time and production quantities into E-2 Shop System software
Meet or exceed daily production targets and quotas
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong manual dexterity
Basic math proficiency
Foundational understanding of machining and fixtures
Basic knowledge of CNC vertical mills
Familiarity with precision measurement tools and techniques
Education & Experience:
High School diploma or equivalent required
At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with CNC vertical mills
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, stoop, reach, and sit for extended periods
Capability to perform repetitive motions throughout the workday
Manual operation of machinery requiring hand coordination
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs as needed

Pay Details: $18.00 to $22.00 per hour
