Investigator Services Assistant

Adecco is seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Investigator Services Assistant to join our client’s team in Highland Heights, KY. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting clinical trials by providing essential administrative and operational support to our investigator sites.
Please Note:
This position requires a successful completion of a 3-4 month training period, Monday through Friday.
Following training, the position will transition to a Tuesday-Saturday schedule with remote work.
As experience is gained, there may be opportunities to return to the office on a hybrid basis.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
2+ years of relevant experience in a clinical research setting
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Detail-oriented with a strong attention to detail
Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for investigator sites, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Monitor and track study-related metrics, identifying potential issues and escalating them as necessary.
Assist in the resolution of data discrepancies and ensure accurate data entry and reporting.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.
Review and analyze study data to identify trends and potential areas for improvement.
Provide support to study teams, including project managers and clinical research associates.
Stay up-to-date on regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
Pay Details: $16.50 per hour
