  • Type: Temp to Hire

  • Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 + HR

  • Shift/Hours: Monday - Friday 9am -5pm


Essential Duties:

  • Commercial Customer Service

  • Commercial Insurance Lines


Responsibilities Include:

  • Meet monthly renewal retention goals and objectives as established.

  • Managing renewal business via telephone, email and mail.

  • Develop renewal insurance proposals and applications for producers.

  • Handling incoming phone calls, emails and walk-in clients needing assistance.

  • Running daily downloads from insurance carriers.

  • Processing reports from carriers to maintain good retention.

  • Additional responsibilities as assigned by management.

  • Ask each customer for referrals and treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity.
