GRADE I ENGINEER

Location- Peach Tree Atlanta GA (Three Buildings)
Pay: $72,000-$74,000 + 6%

Job Summary The candidate will work as a Lead Engineer maintaining building systems for safe and efficient operations across multiple properties. They will perform repairs and preventative maintenance on electrical systems (A.C. circuits), HVAC systems (refrigeration cycle), plumbing systems (flush valves), and life safety systems (fire alarms).

Even Simpler: The job is for an engineer who fixes and maintains different parts of buildings to keep them running safely and efficiently. This includes working with electricity, heating/cooling units, plumbing fixtures like toilets and faucets, and fire alarm systems.

Skill Requirements

Must-Have Requirements:

• Electrical Systems, including A.C. circuits knowledge

• Basic understanding of the refrigeration cycle

• Universal CFC license

• Ability to perform preventative maintenance on AHU, chillers

• Understanding of plumbing systems

Preferred Requirements:

• Experience with pneumatic/DDC controllers

• Knowledge in adjusting building's energy management system set points

Pay Details: $72,000.00 to $74,000.00 per hour
