Adecco is hiring a Recruiting Specialist to drive talent acquisition and build a strong candidate pipeline. In this role, you will play a key part in finding, screening, and placing top candidates across a variety of positions, while maintaining lasting relationships with both active and passive candidates.
Responsibilities:

  • Actively source, screen, and recruit candidates for diverse roles

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates.

  • Conduct structured interviews to assess skills, qualifications, and fit.

  • Collaborate on initiatives to enhance associate retention and engagement.

Qualifications:

  • Some recruiting or sourcing experience

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Pay Details: $23.00 to $24.00 per hour
