Adecco is assisting Nestle in Hazleton, PA staff for Warehouse Operators. Main duties for this position is stocking, picking, and packing duties. This role is responsible for following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) to ensure product quality and accuracy.

 

• Pay Rate: $18.00/hour

• Shifts Available:

  • 1st Shift: Monday – Thursday, 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM

  • 2nd Shift: Monday – Thursday, 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM

• Requirements:

  • Must pass background check and drug screening

  • Basic English required to understand directions and communicate with supervisors

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Operate material handling equipment safely to move materials throughout the warehouse

• Verify correct products and quantities for all orders

• Seal cartons manually or with box-sealing equipment; assist with kit assembly as needed

• Operate electronic scanning equipment for tracking inventory

• Restock picking locations with returned products

• Ensure assigned areas are properly replenished

• Pull and review documents from the system, compare to pallet contents, and resolve discrepancies

• Read pick sheets or computer terminals to identify required items and quantities

• Use carts or pallet jacks to collect and transport order components

• Select and place products into designated containers or carts

• Prepare pallets by scanning, weighing, wrapping, and labeling for shipment

• Perform general housekeeping and maintain a clean, safe work environment

• Complete additional duties as assigned

REQUIRED AND PREFERRED SKILLS

• Basic verbal and written communication skills

• Basic math skills

• Familiarity with computers

• Strong organizational and time management skills

ADDITIONAL NOTES

• Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks including walking, lifting, bending, kneeling, reaching, and standing for extended periods

• Regular lifting of up to 50 pounds independently; heavier items with assistance

• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse or manufacturing environment

• Maintain a positive attitude and work collaboratively with team members

• Adaptability to changes in processes, tasks, and work environment

• Commitment to safety, quality standards, SOPs, and company policies

 

Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
