We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager for our local client in Casper WY. This is a temporary to hire job opportunity Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. This role is essential to keeping daily operations running smoothly and requires strong bookkeeping skills, administrative expertise, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities
Office Administration
Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure an efficient, professional work environment
Manage office supplies, vendor relationships, and equipment maintenance
Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments for brokers and staff
Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical)
Bookkeeping & Financial Management
Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable
Process invoices, expense reports, and payments
Reconcile bank statements and maintain accurate financial records
Assist with budgeting and financial reporting
Coordinate with external accountants or CPA as needed
Real Estate Support
Assist with transaction coordination and document management
Prepare and review contracts, leases, and listing materials
Maintain property and client databases
Support marketing efforts (listing updates, basic materials, etc.)
Client & Vendor Relations
Serve as the first point of contact for clients, tenants, and vendors
Maintain strong, professional relationships with stakeholders
Handle inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
Qualifications
2+ years of office management or administrative experience (real estate experience preferred)
Strong bookkeeping experience (QuickBooks or similar software preferred)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in commercial real estate
Familiarity with property management or leasing processes
Experience with CRM or real estate software platforms
Compensation & Benefits
$23–$25 per hour, depending on experience

Pay Details: $23.00 to $25.00 per hour
