Pay Rate: $20.50 per hour

Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Forklift Operator to join our team in Hatfield, PA. This is a direct hire position offering competitive pay and excellent benefits. As a Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for operating electric stand-up forklifts and handling distribution tasks efficiently while adhering to company procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate electric stand-up and sit-down forklifts (high reach experience is a plus)

• Process shipments using UPS and Federal Express (experience preferred)

• Follow company procedures from start to finish

• Display a sense of urgency and effectively complete tasks

• Maintain excellent attendance and punctuality

• Provide outstanding customer service and collaborate with team members

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a distribution setting

• Proven ability to operate electric stand-up and sit-down forklifts (high reach experience preferred)

• Ability to follow company procedures and instructions precisely

• Excellent attendance record

• Strong sense of urgency and task completion

• Customer service focused with a team-oriented attitude

• Reliable transportation to and from work
