Executive Administrative Assistant

Adecco is currently assisting a local client with an opening for an Executive Administrative Assistant in Hopkinsville, KY. This is a long term, 1st shift opportunity, requiring attendance from 7:30 am to 4 pm, Monday-Friday. The successful candidate will be a professional, conscientious, and detail-oriented individual providing administrative support to the Patient Billing Director and staff.
JOB DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Running reports from the patient EMR system to complete new admission paperwork
· Conduct in-person and phone interviews to obtain financial information from patient, patient’s family, and/or guardian. Perform follow-up interviews as needed
· Establish ability and authority of responsible party for payment of patient services rendered from various platforms. Enter financial information in patient EMR with accuracy
· Email insurance information to the UR department
· Open and distribute departmental mail and collect receipts from Cashier
· Develops and maintains Microsoft Word and Excel documents as requested
· Maintain department supply inventory
· Other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:
· 1 year minimum billing experience
· Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
· Computer Literacy/Data entry experience
· Understand confidentiality requirements (HIPAA)
· Strong customer service skills
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
RATE OF PAY: $17/Hourly

Pay Details: $17.00 per hour
