Adecco is hiring immediately for a Entry Level Engineering Technician role with a local client in Santa Clara, CA. Pay is $25 - $26/hr.


Duties:

·       Take primary responsibility in supporting existing tools.

·       Ensure professional interaction with all internal and external customers.

·       Report all activity on tools in the required database.

·       Contact all scheduled equipment support (OEM) suppliers at the beginning of the shift to determine onsite times.

·       Perform a daily walk through of assigned buildings/equipment

·       Note down equipment

·       Notify any supplier (30) days in advance of tools that require Preventive Maintenance.

·       Run SPC wafers on assigned equipment and record in database for tool stability trending.

·       Notify and schedule equipment repairs and PM using the database provided.

·       Support existing equipment sustaining activities by escorting all (OEM) suppliers to their tools and assisting in technical support as required.

·       Undergo OJT cross training for technical and minor modifications in tool list.

·       Update database on a daily basis for equipment status and repair.

·       Document the customer management programs by maintaining equipment and SPC runs in the database provided.

·       Organize and reference supplier manuals and documentation in soft copy format in the equipment server.

·       Maintain manuals and documentation in alphabetical order.

·       Mentor junior level equipment Technicians


Qualifications:

·       Open to new college graduates and 0 -2 years of industry experience

·       At least minimal experience on Semiconductor process and analytical equipment is preferred

·       Basic understanding of Safety and Clean room protocols

·       Proven ability to interface with members of various departments and OEMs.

·       Reasonable organizational and interpersonal skills

·       Reasonable written and verbal communication skills.

·       Solid computer skills: Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Word.

·       Knowledge of SEMI E10 standards

·       Strong analytical skills

·       Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills.

·       Ability to manage multiply task in a R&D environments.

·       Proven ability to perform equipment operation, equipment calibrations, equipment qualifications, system and/or wafer recovery

Pay Details: $25.00 to $26.00 per hour
