Adecco Permanent Recruitment has partnered with a global manufacturing client to recruit and hire an Electrical Engineer in the Nashville, TN metro area.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Oversee the design, maintenance, and operation of electrical infrastructure, including substations, PM programs, and equipment installations.
  • Ensure system reliability, safety compliance (OSHA/NFPA), and energy efficiency.
  • Identify vulnerabilities and implement solutions to enhance performance and sustainability.
  • Design, program, and troubleshoot PLCs, HMIs, and SCADA systems.
  • Support automation integration for equipment installations and upgrades.
  • Train staff on control systems and ensure operational efficiency.

Must Have:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field is requried.
  • 5+ years of experience in Engineering and working with manufacturing electrical systems
  • Understanding of Six Sigma and FMEA methodologies
  • Experience with AutoCad, SAP and MRP systems is a plus.

  • A base salary in the 95k-100k range + bonuses

Pay Details: $90,000.00 to $105,000.00 per year
