DESIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS – Education and Experience
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required for this position.
• Associate Degree in Business Administration or related degree, preferred.
• A minimum of two- (2) years’ experience in a similar position in an FDA regulated environment
preferred.
• Knowledge of principles of records and information management and governmental record
keeping requirements.
• Knowledge of GMP's, FDA, ISO Standard and regulations.
• Good communication and writing skills.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and production documentation.
• Capable of both written and verbal effective communications skills in Spanish and English.
• Capable of managing multiple priorities and meet closely spaced, ambitious timelines.
• Rapidly adapt to changing environment and circumstances requiring flexibility, tolerance and great
sense of urgency while ensuring that all GMP requirements are met.
• Competent in the use of computer programs (Word, Excel, etc.)
Maintains NC/CAPA/Training systems documentation, corresponding logs, and performance metrics.
Serves as Training Administrator back up in ICDH training system. Responsible for processing
documentation requests and distribution of controlled documents, watermark-controlled forms, and
related Tracking Logs to the different areas.

Pay Details: $14.79 to $24.65 per hour
