Adecco is currently assisting a client in recruiting for a Customer Service / Shipping position in Auburn, NY. This position is a temp-to-hire opportunity with a starting pay rate of $16-20/hour.
What kind of skills should candidates have to be successful in this Customer Service/ Shipping job? We are looking for people who can:
Manage inbound and outbound calls with varying degrees of questions or concerns
Identify and resolve complaints
Use a computer system to track customer interactions, record details of inquiries, complaints, comments, and actions taken
Lift up to 50 lbs
Candidates must meet the following requirements:
At least 1 year of related experience
High school diploma or GED
Friendly, empathetic & professional
Ability to wear multiple hats in a small company environment

Pay Details: $16.00 to $20.00 per hour
