Construction Equipment Operator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a versatile Equipment Operator & Construction Technician to join our team. This role is responsible for constructing header houses and their components, including well installations, lateral lines, feed lines, and downhole equipment. The position involves operating heavy equipment as needed, while also performing general construction and maintenance tasks to support our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Safely operate equipment such as fusing machines, forklifts, backhoes, and pulling units.
Assist in pipeline and well construction, including cementing and installing system components.
Perform general labor tasks such as welding, gluing PVC piping, assembling components, and electrical work.
Troubleshoot and maintain mechanical equipment.
Maintain accurate records of work performed.
Operate company vehicles as required.
Follow all safety and environmental regulations.
Assist other departments and teams as needed.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Valid Driver’s License (Class C) and ability to be insured.
Experience in construction, pipelining, or well services (water, oil, or similar industries).
Ability to operate and maintain heavy equipment.
Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
Ability to read and understand work instructions and safety procedures.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

Fusing Equipment (Side Winder fusing press, Poly press)
Water Trucks, Cementing Units, Forklifts, Backhoes
Centrifugal Pumps, Diesel Motors, Poly Hose Reels
Pulling Units, Air Compressors, Generators
Hand Tools, Power Tools, Welding Equipment
Electrical & PVC Piping Tools
Physical & Work Environment Requirements:
Must be able to lift 25-100 lbs repeatedly.
Work involves standing, sitting, kneeling, and crouching for extended periods.
Outdoor work environment with exposure to inclement weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, snow, mud).
Exposure to radiation safety protocols due to facility operations.

Pay Details: $25.00 per hour
