Concierge RN Manager

Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is hiring a concierge RN Manager for one of our concierge clients in San Francisco, CA 94118.
Job Requirements:
To be considered for this opportunity, you must have the following:
Minimum five 5-10 years of RN experience either in a hospital or clinic setting
At least 3-5 years of nursing leadership experience (RN Manager, DON, Assistant RN Manager, Nursing Supervisor, etc.; not charge nurse)
Active California RN license, current BLS certification, and valid California driver’s license
Excellent communication and writing skills.
Extensive clinical and phlebotomy skillset as you will be providing clinical support as needed.
Job Description:
Approve PTO requests for RNs and ensure calendars are appropriately labelled for coverage and teams.
Develop and implement clinical programs and policies; collaborate with Site Leadership and HR; actively participate in Operations meetings.
Training of new RNs and Medical Assistants; provide clinical support when needed/required.
Learn and internalize values and mission statement to effectively manage teams
