Position: Customer Care Associate

Pay Rate: $20/HR

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday

Employment Type: Temp to Hire

Job Summary:

The Customer Care Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and efficient dispatching of service calls for select major accounts. This role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. The Customer Care Associate will act as a central communication point for service calls, ensuring all requests are sent to the appropriate service provider and recording all necessary data related to the calls.

Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Provide exceptional customer service to major accounts, ensuring prompt and efficient resolution of service requests.
2. Dispatch service calls to the appropriate service providers, considering factors such as location, availability, and expertise.
3. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all service calls, including relevant information such as customer details, service provider assigned, and status updates.
4. Act as a central communication point for service calls, liaising between customers, service providers, and internal teams to ensure smooth and effective resolution of issues.
5. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional and courteous manner, striving to achieve customer satisfaction.
6. Collaborate with other team members to optimize dispatching processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to enhance efficiency.
7. Stay updated on product knowledge, service offerings, and industry trends to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
8. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure consistency and compliance in all customer interactions.

Qualifications:
1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Prior experience in a customer service or dispatching role preferred.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
4. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
5. Proficient in using computer systems, including customer management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
6. Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
7. Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.
8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
9. Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and priorities.

Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
