We are seeking Residential Clinicians to join our awarded non-profit faith based organization! This position will specifically be working with children and adolescents.
 
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5pm or 9am-6pm (may be open to part-time opportunities)
 
Responsibilities:

  • Conduct engaging intake assessments

  • Dive into individual, family, and multi-systems therapy sessions.

  • Keep things organized with timely progress notes and client files.

  • Join biweekly one-on-one supervision sessions for growth and support.

  • Bring your insights to our lively group meetings, discussing cases and clinical topics.

  • Stay proactive by assessing client needs and making appropriate referrals.

  • Craft treatment plans and other documents to keep things running smoothly.

  • Coordinate client transfers/discharge with a sprinkle of compassion and care.

  • Ensure top-notch treatment quality and communicate effectively with our team.

 
 Qualifications:

  • Hold a Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field.

  • LMSW, LLMSW, LLPC, LPC, LMFT or other licensure.

  • Experience in counseling preferred.

Salary:

  • Limited licensure: $62,500-$65,000

  • Full licensure:$74,500-$78,250
