Job Title: BCBA Clinical Director

• Location: Riverdale, GA 30274
• Work Setting: Onsite – Clinic-Based (No Remote)
• Schedule: Monday–Friday (No Weekends)
• Salary: $105,000 – $125,000 (based on experience) + Performance Bonuses

About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced BCBA Clinical Director to lead a growing onsite, clinic-based ABA program in Riverdale, GA. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in a structured clinical setting, enjoys wearing many hats, and is passionate about making a meaningful impact in the community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a team leader, guiding and supporting clinical staff in a clinic setting
• Oversee a personal caseload, including maintaining billable hours and ensuring high-quality care
• Ensure proper implementation of ABA therapy and individualized treatment plans
• Oversee clinic scheduling to support efficient daily operations
• Conduct onsite tours for prospective client families, showcasing the clinic and services
• Provide training, education, and ongoing support to client families

Qualifications:

• Active BCBA certification (required)
• Master’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical BCBA experience
• Strong leadership and team management experience
• Passion for community impact and patient-centered care
