Are you an experienced Avionics Technician ready to join a dynamic team? We're offering a $6,500 signing bonus and relocation assistance to the right candidate! Bring your expertise to ensure high standards of safety and quality in our world-class business jets.

Position Purpose:

As an Avionics Technician, you will provide technical leadership while conducting operational tests, troubleshooting, and repairs of avionics systems. Your skills will support the goals of maintaining safety, meeting schedules, and ensuring a defect-free aircraft.

Essential Functions:

- Perform superior operational testing, troubleshooting, and installation of avionics/electrical systems.

- Provide training and leadership to other team members, ensuring a high-quality workforce.

- Ensure that all work meets FAA requirements, internal standards, and customer specifications.

- Conduct tests using appropriate equipment to assess performance and reliability of systems.

- Ensure documentation and compliance with all safety programs, including FOD and tool control.

- Adapt to sudden schedule changes and coordinate with other departments on project needs.

Additional Functions:

- Lead testing of avionics/electrical components to ensure systems function per engineering specifications.

- Self-inspect all avionics testing functions in applicable areas.

- Participate in final phase testing, including flight tests if required.

- Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience Requirements:

- High School Diploma or GED required.

- Six (6) years of experience in an avionics/electrical career field, or two (2) years of aviation electronics schooling with four (4) years of related experience.

- A&P license, FCC license, or NCATT certification preferred.

Other Requirements:

- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.

- Must be proficient in English (reading, writing, speaking).

- Experience with additional aircraft systems like hydraulics, flight controls, or environmental controls is preferred.
