Are you detail‑oriented, hands‑on, and ready to work behind the scenes to help patients receive the medications they depend on? Adecco Healthcare is seeking a Pharmacy Assistant Operations to support overnight pharmacy operations in a fast‑paced, regulated environment.
This is a 3rd shift opportunity with consistent hours and long‑term potential for the right candidate.
💰 Pay Rate: $17-$18.49/hr
📍 Location: Monroeville, PA
🕒 Schedule: Sunday – Wednesday | 5:00 PM – 3:30 AM (EST) (Overnight / 3rd Shift)
💊 Position Summary
In this role, you’ll work closely with the operations pharmacist, operations supervisor, and pharmacy technicians to coordinate, assemble, pack, and ship patient medication orders. You’ll also play a key role in maintaining inventory accuracy and keeping the warehouse organized, clean, and audit‑ready.
✅ Key Responsibilities
• Retrieve shipping documents and labels from printers and organize them for picking
• Assist with packing and shipping patient medication orders
• Track shipped packages to confirm patient receipt
• Report undelivered or delayed packages immediately
• Organize daily shipping reports for Branch Manager review
• Receive non‑pharmaceutical supplies via back dock
• Restock pharmacy picking areas and maintain warehouse organization
• Conduct physical inventory and daily cycle counts
• Assist with purchase orders, receiving inventory, and reconciling inventory balances
• Select products and supplies under the direct supervision of a pharmacist
• Manage pharmaceutical inventory levels to support dispensing needs
• Process and manage returned goods according to SOP guidelines
• Perform other warehouse and pharmacy support tasks as assigned
🧠 Skills & Abilities
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Problem‑solving mindset and ability to work independently
• Comfortable learning new computer systems
• Working knowledge of MS Word and Excel
• Ability to read, write, and understand English
• Typing speed of 20 WPM and ability to use a 10‑key pad preferred
• Ability to operate a pallet jack preferred
💪 Physical Requirements
• Must be able to preform some heavy lifting.
• Frequent reaching, bending, twisting, stooping, walking, and standing
• Physically demanding role in a warehouse environment
🎓 Experience & Education
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience required
• Pharmacy experience is a plus
• Knowledge of packing and shipping with national carriers preferred

Pay Details: $18.49 per hour
