Pay Details: $25.00 to $30.00 per hour

Responsibilities:
- Hands-on Assembly:
- Assemble intricate mechanical and electrical components following detailed engineering drawings and work instructions.
- Utilize a variety of tools and techniques, including torque wrenches, silicone sealant, Loctite, multimeters, and more.
- Source and procure additional tools as needed to optimize efficiency.
- Testing and Troubleshooting:
- Conduct comprehensive tests to ensure product quality and performance.
- Identify and resolve technical issues through effective troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with engineers to refine testing procedures and improve product reliability.
- Process Development:
- Contribute to the development and optimization of production processes for new products.
- Implement efficient workflows to maximize productivity and minimize errors.
- Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with a team of engineers and technicians to achieve project goals.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth collaboration.
- Participate in team meetings, huddles, and reviews to share knowledge and address challenges.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude.
- Proficiency in using a wide range of hand tools and test equipment.
- Experience with soldering, cable assembly, and electrical wiring.
- Ability to interpret complex engineering drawings and schematics.
- Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills:
- A keen eye for detail and a methodical approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Communication Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Computer Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace.
- Experience with ERP systems and documentation tools.
