Adecco Staffing is working with a manufacturing company in Devens, MA. We are looking to bring on production assemblers and machine operators on day & night shift! These are temp to hire positions.
Pay:
Day Shift - $20 per hour
Night Shift - $22 per hour
Hours:
Day Shift - 7:00am - 7:00pm on a rotating schedule
Night Shift – 7:00pm – 7:00am on a Rotating Schedule
12 hour rotating shift schedule: Work 2 days, off 3 days, work 3 days, off 2 days (you will work every other weekend)
Job Title: Production Worker (Assembly and Inspecting/Operating)
Job Responsibilities:
Accurate picking, packing, and shipping of material
Labeling packages
Monitor Assembly line and check for faulty parts
Operate machines as need (most are automated)
Load and fill hoppers
Follow production guidelines and standards
Responsible for Quality Control
Report all issues to a supervisor
Other duties as required
Job Requirements:
A good working attitude is required
English speaking and literacy is required
Ability to learn to operate manufacturing equipment
Physical dexterity
Communication skills
Able to work part of a team
Sit or stand for long periods of time

Pay Details: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour
