Adecco is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide support to our client’s team in Pennington, NJ. In this role, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Business Management and Controls Leaders and the Pennington team. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Required Skills:
Experience supporting executive-level staff
Experience with Concur or similar travel and expense software preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to handle confidential information
Flexibility and adaptability
Key Responsibilities:
Calendar Management: Maintain detailed calendars, prioritize meeting requests, and coordinate complex meetings.
Travel & Expense: Schedule travel arrangements, process expense reports, and manage corporate travel and expense tools (Concur, Corporate Travel).
Office Support: Provide floor support, manage building access, coordinate site-specific events, order supplies, maintain printers, and assist with ad-hoc maintenance requests.
Administrative Tasks: Handle a variety of administrative tasks, including document preparation, data entry, and filing.
Communication: Communicate effectively with executives, line management, and other stakeholders.
Pay Details: $24.93 per hour
