Adecco Staffing is working with a manufacturing company in Peabody, MA. We are looking for experienced Hand Tool Grinders on 1st shift.

Pay Rate Range: $21 - $24 per hour
Schedule(s)/Hours: 1st Shift
Position Title: Hand Tool Grinder

We are looking to hire an individual to work in our weld shop. The work involves using air powered grinders and sanders to deburr welded items that need painting and to polish and grain unpainted stainless items.

 

Responsibilities & Duties Include:

 

  • Should be familiar with the safe use of basic hand and power tools along with the safe use of hoists and pallet jacks.

  • Be able to understand and follow welding/assembly prints.

  • Must be able to work with minimum supervision around welders in an ISO9001 environment. This manufacturing facility has all safety measures put in place including state-of-the art 3M Dust Hoods.

  • This work can be physical and require the occasional movement of metal of up to 50 pounds.

  • Will lend assistance in other departments as required.

  • Entry level or experienced will be considered.

Pay Details: $21.00 to $24.00 per hour
