Client Description】

The Small and Medium Business (SMB) team at Uber Eats Taiwan focuses on empowering local restaurant partners to thrive in the digital economy. We specialize in providing tailored solutions, including marketing technology tools, to help our partners enhance their online presence, streamline operations, and drive growth. Our team is dedicated to building strong relationships with restaurant owners in Taipei, Taoyuan, Hsinchu, and Taichung, ensuring they have the support and resources needed to succeed on our platform.

Candidate Profile】

-3+ years of experience in account management, sales, or business consulting (ideally in e-commerce, digital platforms, or CPG)

-Proven ability to manage multiple clients/accounts simultaneously and drive measurable results

-Strong commercial mindset, excellent communication, and relationship-building skills

-Comfortable with data-driven decision-making and basic analytical tools (Excel, CRM; SQL is a plus)

-Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment

-Bachelor's degree or above

Responsibilities】

-Build and maintain long-term relationships with multiple SMB restaurant partners simultaneously.

-Identify growth opportunities and provide strategic business consulting based on data analysis.

-Sell and implement Martech solutions and other Uber Eats products that enhance partner performance and visibility.

-Act as a strategic advisor and trusted partner to clients, helping them grow revenue and optimize operations.

-Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless partner experiences.

Deliver against business KPIs including revenue growth, partner retention, and tool adoption.
