UberEats: Public Safety Response Specialist

【Candidate Profile】

● Confidence to Fluency (written and oral) in English.

● Able to work independently with impeccable judgment.

● Previous experience with disclosures to law enforcement agencies would be looked on favorably.

● Skilled in various computer systems, internet technology and software (PC, Mac, MS Office, online research, etc.)

● Any data analytics, investigatory or legal experience is a plus.

【Responsibilities】

Working both from our Taipei City Office and remotely, you will:

● Respond to law enforcement data requests in accordance with PSRT guidelines, policies and playbooks (comprehensive training will be provided);

● Directly engage law enforcement for significant, complex or legally defective requests;

● Enforce data privacy protection per law and Data Privacy Policy.

● Maintain awareness of the criticality of developing, and maintaining, positive relationships with law enforcement for the local teams.

● Interact with police and other government agents in a calm, professional manner within a rapidly evolving environment.

● Receive, review and log internal and/or external requests and ensure proper documentation.

● Complete tasks and process requests in a timely manner and in accordance with SLAs. Perform request/problem identification and follow defined procedures to resolve correctly.

● Perform incident notification and escalation to ensure problems/requests/issues are communicated effectively and receive proper management attention.
