UBER: Safety team Operations Specialist

【Client Description】

We're looking for a highly motivated individual with an analytical and constructive mindset to join our Taiwan Safety Operations team. As an Operations Specialist, you will be part of the team that aims to make Uber the safest platform through industry-leading innovation, policies, and processes, while supporting the safe and sustainable growth of the Mobility and Delivery businesses. You will work with multiple cross-functional partners to support in-country safety product and process launches, as well as support data collection and risk factor analysis for safety incidents. You should ideally have a background in data analysis as well as a keen interest in risk and compliance operations.



【Responsibilities】

(50%)Product launches: Partner with cross-functional teams to support in-country product launches and post-launch KPI tracking.

(50%)Insight Gathering: Support data analysis on contributing risk factors to safety incidents

(Ad-hoc)Education: Work closely with the external agency and collaborators ensuring smooth execution of in-person workshops and continuous improvement of online course content quality.
