【Candidate Profile】

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree from an accredited university with significant experience in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources.
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin (speaking and reading).
  • Korean language ability is strongly preferred due to the role’s regional scope.
  • Ability to influence and manage senior stakeholders; advise on TA best practices and market insights within Northeast Asia.
  • Experience in talent mapping and understanding of the Korea & Taiwan talent landscape.
  • Strong project management skills to support and lead TA programs.
  • Demonstrated experience driving diversity & inclusion initiatives.
  • Hands-on experience with ATS platforms such as Workday.

【Responsibilities】

This role is responsible for the design and delivery of the full spectrum of recruitment activities across Korea and Taiwan, supporting the Northeast Asia region. You will partner closely with HR and People Leaders to attract, assess, and onboard top talent aligned with GE Vernova’s business needs in Korea & Taiwan.

The role emphasizes performance delivery, customer- and candidate-centric strategies, talent mapping, and proactive hiring.

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment assignments to attract and hire top talent across Korea and Taiwan, including outreach strategies targeted at both local and diaspora talent.
  • Create and execute diversity strategies to attract high-quality passive candidates while delivering an exceptional recruiting experience for hiring leaders and candidates.
  • Collect and produce talent mapping and market insights for the Northeast Asia region to support critical hiring needs.
  • Partner with HR and key stakeholders to define recruiting strategies based on business priorities, clearly communicate hiring processes, and manage expectations for both clients and candidates.
  • Deliver a world-class, consistent, end-to-end candidate experience and promote the GE Vernova employer brand in the region.
  • Focus on quality of hire through capability assessments, structured selection, and talent pipeline development.
  • Proactively build and maintain candidate pools through networking, referrals, events, market mapping, and community engagement.
  • Influence stakeholders by using market insights and data to support decision-making and business growth for Korea & Taiwan.
