Sr. HR for L&D or ER/GA

Your Skills

• Up to 10 years of experience in full-function HR roles, demonstrating comprehensive expertise
• Proficiency in English to conduct interviews and deliver training to expatriates
• Experience in Learning & Development is advantageous for this role
• Ability to initiate and manage projects with strategic impact
• Self-driven, quick learner with a positive attitude and potential for advancement

What you will Do?

• Plan and structure the learning and development framework to deploy effective learning activities
• Design, deliver, and conduct training sessions with a focus on quality and engagement
• Facilitate the Talent Management process to enhance the succession pipeline
• Manage the Performance Management cycle and deliver relevant training and communication
• Initiate and deliver HR projects that align with organizational goals and strategies
