Your Skills
- Up to 10 years of experience in full-function HR roles, demonstrating comprehensive expertise
- Proficiency in English to conduct interviews and deliver training to expatriates
- Experience in Learning & Development is advantageous for this role
- Ability to initiate and manage projects with strategic impact
- Self-driven, quick learner with a positive attitude and potential for advancement
What you will Do?
- Plan and structure the learning and development framework to deploy effective learning activities
- Design, deliver, and conduct training sessions with a focus on quality and engagement
- Facilitate the Talent Management process to enhance the succession pipeline
- Manage the Performance Management cycle and deliver relevant training and communication
- Initiate and deliver HR projects that align with organizational goals and strategies
