Basic qualifications

● 8+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience

● 5+ years of developing and managing acquisition marketing or channel programs experience

● Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements

● Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)

● Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs

● Experience developing and executing campaigns across a multitude of time zones and languages

Preferred qualifications

● Experience driving direction and alignment with large cross-functional teams and agency partners

● Experience designing and executing joint marketing plans with strategic alliance partners with global footprint

You will work closely with the New Seller recruitment team, business operation team, third-party partners in Taiwan, and regional stakeholders across Asia. To be successful in this role you will need to be an innovator, communicator, influencer, and problem solver. You will need to be highly analytical, think and act fast, and be apt at finding comprehensive solutions to complex problems.


Key job responsibilities

  1. Building and maintaining a pipeline of prospective leads. Proactively prioritizing targets to strike a balance between our short- and long-term growth requirements and ensuring these are met.
  2. Lead media campaigns from planning to optimization and reporting.
  3. Define, test and build new opportunities of Lead Generation campaigns while communicating the specific value proposition for their business and use case.
  4. Identify, rationalize, and define targeted market segments and channel strategy for each segment and channel.
  5. Oversee intake and execution workflow for lead generation activities in partnership with cross-functional internal and external stakeholders.
  6. Contributing to the development of internal & external tools, processes and best practices to optimize efficiency.
  7. Analyzing and improving business results of lead effectiveness and conversions.
  8. Prepare and give performance reviews to the management and business team regarding progress and roadblocks.
  9. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure timely, accurate and professional operational support to all internal and external stakeholders.
  10. Representing marketing holistically in front of key partners, involving other teams as necessary.
