Sourcing Manager

【Candidate Profile】​

• Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in mechanical or engineering-related disciplines.
• 5+ years of experience in procurement or strategic sourcing within a manufacturing environment.
• Familiar with mechanical manufacturing processes such as cold forming, stamping, die casting, plastic molding, or CNC machining.
• Strong process-oriented mindset with solid cost analysis and supplier management capability.
• Fluent in English, proficient in ERP and Microsoft Office, detail-oriented, and able to perform under pressure.

【Responsibilities】​

• Develop and manage a qualified supplier base in Taiwan to support business growth and new product development.
• Establish and optimize sourcing and procurement processes, including quotation, supplier management, and contract execution.
• Collaborate with NPD, NPI, and sales teams on early supplier engagement, cost estimation, DFM input, and prototype sourcing.
• Source, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers; lead price negotiations and basic cost analysis.
• Monitor supplier delivery and quality performance and support continuous sourcing improvements.
