Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a STEM-related discipline, with extensive relevant professional experience.
  • Proven background in infrastructure architecture, deployment, and hardware lifecycle management.
  • Strong service-oriented mindset with experience in vertically integrated IT solutions.
  • Hands-on leadership experience in 24/7/365 operational IT environments.
  • Solid expertise in infrastructure design, performance optimization, availability, and scalability.
  • Working knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies (e.g., Green Belt or equivalent).
  • Demonstrated capability in leading, mentoring, and developing technical teams.
  • Proficient in both Mandarin Chinese and English for professional communication.


Responsibility

  • Lead and manage a multidisciplinary IT team covering infrastructure, networks, end-user support, and related digital services.
  • Architect, deploy, and maintain technology solutions supporting distributed and site-wide infrastructure environments.
  • Drive execution of short- and mid-term Digital Technology plans, ensuring alignment with current business needs and future scalability, while enforcing security and compliance standards.
  • Oversee IT asset governance, including software licensing, hardware procurement, and full lifecycle management.
  • Establish and enforce Change Management processes and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Define, document, test, and continuously improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across IT operations.
  • Contribute to budget planning and manage investments related to IT infrastructure and site-based digital projects.
  • Support talent development by identifying skill gaps, providing coaching, and ensuring appropriate training for team members.
  • Cultivate a high-performance culture that values collaboration, accountability, innovation, and integrity, enabling sustainable organizational improvement.
