Candidate Profile

Responsibilities

. Customer Negotiation and Consultation

• Handle negotiations and consultations with domestic and international customers on:
  • Resolving product issues occurring at customer sites
  • Discussions on tightening product specifications
  • Execution and progress management of Product/Process Change Notice (PCN) projects
  • Process improvements and equipment upgrades
  • Other quality assurance-related matters
• Accurately gather necessary information regarding customer requests, including issue details, requirements, and root causes
• Communicate customer requests to internal Quality Management and Manufacturing teams and facilitate internal consultations

2. Raw Material Supplier Management

• Communicate and coordinate with raw material suppliers on QA-related matters
• Support supplier audits, establish specifications, and monitor continuous quality improvement initiatives

3. Contract Manufacturer Management

• Communicate and coordinate with contract manufacturers on QA-related matters
• Support on-site witnessing, verification, and audits of contract manufacturers, and oversee their ongoing quality improvement
