Client Description:

Leading global provider of semiconductor test equipment, specializing in automatic test systems for memory and logic devices.

Candidate Profile

Responsibilities

1. Over 10 years of experience in semiconductor probing systems, with extensive knowledge of both strategic and operational aspects of the prober/probing industry; at least 5 years in a leadership or management role.
2. Deep expertise in wafer probing and testing for semiconductor manufacturing, including probe card technologies (vertical, MEMS, etc.) and failure analysis.
3. Strong leadership skills, with experience recruiting, training, and managing high-performing teams of R&D and field service engineers.
4. Proficiency in emerging technologies, including ultra-fine pitch probing, thermal management, heterogeneous integration, 3D stacking, Known Good Die (KGD) probing, die-level probing, and Chip-on-Wafer (CoW) probing.
5. Excellent communication skills in English or Japanese, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients.
