Legal Supervisor

【Client Description】

We are seeking a Legal Supervisor to join our client's automotive legal team. This role is pivotal in managing contract review, regulatory compliance, dispute resolution, and legal advisory tasks. The position involves collaboration across departments and with the group’s legal entities, including international coordination. The successful candidate will support various legal and compliance projects as assigned by management. This role requires a strong understanding of Taiwanese corporate and labor laws, as well as proficiency in English for contract review and communication with the group’s legal team. The position demands frequent travel and a high degree of responsibility and independence.

【Candidate Profile】

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant legal experience for Legal Specialist role
• Minimum of 5–6 years of legal or compliance experience for Senior Legal Specialist role
• Familiarity with Taiwanese corporate law and labor standards
• Proficiency in English for reading contracts and basic communication with the group’s legal team
• Strong cross-departmental communication and coordination skills for project support

【Responsibilities】

• Review and draft procurement and sales contracts ensuring legal compliance and company interests
• Assist departments in contract amendments and provide legal advice
• Track and analyze corporate governance and labor regulations, implementing compliance recommendations
• Facilitate internal compliance policy and process education and advocacy
• Support internal departments in handling business disputes with legal risk assessments and strategies
