Client Description

A Taiwan-based automotive accessories manufacturer with a strong global presence and a well-established brand in the U.S. aftermarket. The company operates a U.S. sales subsidiary in Los Angeles, focusing on channel development, e-commerce, and market expansion without local manufacturing. They are now seeking a senior leader to take full ownership of U.S. business operations and growth.

Candidate Profile

  • U.S. citizen or Green Card holder with solid working experience in the United States.
  • 8+ years of experience in business management, sales leadership, or country/regional operations, preferably in automotive aftermarket, auto parts, or related industries.
  • Proven track record in driving business growth, channel development, and revenue performance in the U.S. market.
  • Strong leadership capability with experience managing cross-functional teams and running day-to-day operations of a business unit or subsidiary.
  • Solid business acumen with hands-on experience in budgeting, forecasting, performance management, and business reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Take full responsibility for the overall management, strategy, and operations of the U.S. subsidiary, including business planning, execution, and performance delivery.
  • Own and drive annual business targets, budgets, and operating plans.
  • Develop the U.S. market through multi-channel strategies, including distributors, key accounts, e-commerce platforms, and online/offline retail channels.
  • Lead and manage the local team, optimize organizational structure, workflows, and performance management to improve operational efficiency and competitiveness.
  • Build strong relationships with key customers, partners, and headquarters, serving as the key communication bridge between the U.S. team and Taiwan HQ.
  • Execute strategic initiatives and special projects assigned by headquarters to support long-term business growth in the U.S. market.
