Candidate Profile】

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field.
  • 2+ years of customer service work experience in IT or related field is preferred.
  • High proficiency in Korean. (native or near-native level in speaking, conversing, and writing)
  • High proficiency in English or Mandarin.
  • Multilingual in one or more other Asian languages (Japanese, Thai, Indonesian or Vietnamese) is a plus.
  • Experience in or strong interest in the Gaming, Software and Technology industry/products is preferred.
  • Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail and consistently upholds a high standard of accuracy in data and information processing.
  • Computer-savvy, with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Possesses a strong customer orientation and attitude.
  • Self-motivated, keen learner with positive attitude and able to work individually and as a team.

Responsibilities】

  • Manage inbound inquiries from Korean customers and analyze inbound engagement data.
  • Provide high level technical support for all products.
  • Execute test plans for functionality or compatibility of returned products and conduct primary failure analysis and provide feedback to engineering teams.
  • Create detailed customer service support records and related documentation.
  • Order management, including but not limited to order placement, coordinating with relevant teams to ensure timely delivery of parts and keeping customer well-informed.
  • Coordinate with Social Care, Customer Care, Ecommerce and Marketing teams by responding to customer feedback, questions, reviews, and assist with related projects
  • Assist in creating and maintaining AI content for all service channels, including translation needs.
  • Proactively maintaining service quality to enhance local market growth and fosters customer trust in the company.
  • Perform other work-related or administrative duties as assigned
