【Candidate Profile】
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field.
- 2+ years of customer service work experience in IT or related field is preferred.
- High proficiency in Korean. (native or near-native level in speaking, conversing, and writing)
- High proficiency in English or Mandarin.
- Multilingual in one or more other Asian languages (Japanese, Thai, Indonesian or Vietnamese) is a plus.
- Experience in or strong interest in the Gaming, Software and Technology industry/products is preferred.
- Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail and consistently upholds a high standard of accuracy in data and information processing.
- Computer-savvy, with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Possesses a strong customer orientation and attitude.
- Self-motivated, keen learner with positive attitude and able to work individually and as a team.
【Responsibilities】
- Manage inbound inquiries from Korean customers and analyze inbound engagement data.
- Provide high level technical support for all products.
- Execute test plans for functionality or compatibility of returned products and conduct primary failure analysis and provide feedback to engineering teams.
- Create detailed customer service support records and related documentation.
- Order management, including but not limited to order placement, coordinating with relevant teams to ensure timely delivery of parts and keeping customer well-informed.
- Coordinate with Social Care, Customer Care, Ecommerce and Marketing teams by responding to customer feedback, questions, reviews, and assist with related projects
- Assist in creating and maintaining AI content for all service channels, including translation needs.
- Proactively maintaining service quality to enhance local market growth and fosters customer trust in the company.
- Perform other work-related or administrative duties as assigned
