An Asian leading brand of petite branch sales office in Taiwan
· 2-5 years of relevant working experience in handling key accounts of FMCG industry is preferred.
· Experience in handling customers’ enquiries.
· Prepare and analyze market intelligence data, sales and promotion reports, and price structure analysis reports.
· Visit customers occasionally as plans or ad hoc projects to collect dynamic market data and feedback for further analysis.
· Liaise with key retail chains to implement and organize promotional event logistics.
· Handle customer feedback and requests and assist in initiating responses according to internal guidelines to optimize customer satisfaction and profitability.
· Prepare sales proposals and presentation materials to support product launch activities.
· Perform other ad hoc duties.
