• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least five years full-time work experience in HR support function or office administration.
• Highly effective time management skills and punctuality
• Knowledge of Taiwan employment legislation and statutory requirements, with proven experience
• Strong administrative, organizational, and office skills with keen attention to detail
• Effective communication skills in both English and Chinese, with a strong customer service orientation
• Ability to work independently and make sound judgments as needed
• Capacity to consistently produce error-free correspondence, reports, and records
• Strong IT competency, with proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet software
Deliver efficient and high-quality administration of employee leave and substitute systems, providing essential logistical support to the HR Office to ensure the seamless operation of HR functions without disruption or delay.
