【Client Description】

A global-scale technology manufacturing group offering end-to-end project exposure from design to mass production, with diverse product lines and opportunities to gain large-scale international NPI and customer collaboration experience.

【Candidate Profile】

• Over 5 years of experience as an NPI Project Manager, with hands-on involvement in new product introduction projects.
• Background in handheld devices, POS systems, or mobile products is highly preferred.
• Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills, able to work effectively with customers and cross-functional teams.
• Fluent in spoken English, capable of communicating confidently with overseas customers and manufacturing sites.
• Willingness to travel overseas on a regular basis; this is an individual contributor role and does not involve people management.

【Responsibilities】

• Manage ODM / JDM / CM projects from RFQ stage through mass production (MP), ensuring smooth and timely execution.
• Act as the key interface between customers and internal cross-functional teams to align project objectives and schedules.
• Drive issue management and communication related to design, testing, quality, and manufacturing throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead internal and external cross-functional teams in product design, validation, and NPI activities.
• Support project execution through regular overseas travel to Malaysia (Selangor), approximately once per quarter for around two weeks per trip.
