【Qualifications】
- Advanced scientific degree: M.D., Ph.D., or M.S. in life sciences, biomedical sciences, pharmacy, neuroscience, oncology, or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an MSL or in Medical Affairs within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
- Strong HCP engagement capability, with demonstrated experience leading scientific conversations with senior clinical experts.
- Proven skills in medical strategic thinking, planning, and execution.
- Ability to generate structured, actionable scientific insights to inform internal strategy.
- Strong capability in stakeholder management, both internal and external.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-driven, collaborative, and highly adaptable to dynamic field-based roles.
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese.
- Willing to travel in Taiwan or abroad (Field-based role).
【Responsibilities】
- Build, maintain, and elevate strong scientific relationships with KOLs, HCPs, and key medical stakeholders through high-impact evidence-based engagements.
- Lead scientific discussions and deliver balanced, in-depth clinical and therapeutic knowledge across Oncology and CNS portfolios.
- Contribute to the development and execution of medical strategies, ensuring alignment with local insights and broader medical objectives.
- Generate, analyze, and communicate actionable insights from field interactions to guide strategic planning and cross-functional decision-making.
- Effectively manage both internal and external stakeholders, fostering productive collaboration across Medical, Commercial, Market Access, Regulatory, and Regional teams.
- Identify and support medical education opportunities, advisory boards, congress activities, and investigator-initiated studies (IIS) as appropriate.
- Ensure high-quality documentation of field activities in compliance with internal SOPs and industry standards.
