【Candidate Profile】

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Experience in financial management, management accounting, and risk control; background in manufacturing or industrial sectors preferred.
• Proficient in SAP system operations.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and cross-functional communication skills.
• Fluent in English; Japanese language skills are a plus.

【Responsibilities】

• Manage annual business planning, budgeting, and forecasting, ensuring alignment with company policies and processes, and act as the primary liaison between departments.
• Oversee all financial and commercial aspects of projects from quotation and bidding to execution and review, ensuring performance targets are met.
• Monitor business performance, analyze data, and provide recommendations to improve profitability, control costs, and optimize capital utilization.
• Review and manage financial terms to ensure compliance with processes and contractual requirements, and handle necessary negotiations.
• Collect and consolidate financial and operational data, preparing regular analysis reports to support management decisions.
• Guide the team in streamlining workflows and ensuring consistency in finance and management accounting practices.
• Establish and maintain internal control mechanisms to ensure compliance and support internal and external audits.
• Drive continuous improvement in finance-related processes and systems, enhancing team capabilities and efficiency.
