• 7+ years' experience in similar roles, preferably in trading/distribution.
• Skilled in budgeting, controlling, and forecasting.
• Proficient in Excel and ERP
• International collaboration experience.
• Strong English communication skills.
• A highly motivated and adaptable team player with strong analytical skills, clear communication, attention to detail, and a results-driven mindset.

【Responsibilities】

• Oversee all finance and accounting activities in Taiwan, ensuring accurate reporting and regulatory compliance.
• Provide financial insights to support business decisions and improve processes, reporting, and controls.
• Manage cash flow planning and foreign currency needs within a global supply chain structure.
• Monitor inventory movements and support budgeting, forecasting, and performance review cycles.
• Lead local audits and handle essential administrative finance matters.
• Guide and develop the Taiwan finance team.
